Have to agree. I live on Bedford Street and make daily use to join Starling Street. Next to the church is regularly becoming a dumping site. I notice a truck come clean nearly every fortnight however the very next day its back to square one. Those donkey carts mess the roads on their way to the dump. I just wish if people used some common sense and dispose of their waste properly. They dont realise what they are doing effects other residents. Flies and germs fill the air as well. Stop or I will photograph you.

Agree, the mindsets of residents need to change. I have been living in Lenasia South
for 27 years and the area has degraded so much in many respects. People will dump the rubbish in front of their neighbours yard, drive recklessly, park on the roadside facing the oncoming traffic, operate businesses from home that affects the neighbourhood. Wake up people, have a conscience. Living in a clean and healthy environment free of all the extra pressure benefits all of us. Lets unite and expose the culprits when it comes to lawlessness,

Yes i agree Lenasia south is an eyesore, I reside in Ext1 cor Hanover & Ivy streets,I phone pikitup every week to clean the veld across the road from my house, & the next minute someone’s dumpimg I appeal to the residents of Lenasia South that are paying the people with the donkey cart to collect their rubbish & dump it in all the open spaces. Im sick & tired of making phone calls its; just wasting my time & money at the end of the day I just want to live in cleanliness, Come on people in Lenasia South let us live in a clean & healthy enviroment, STOP DUMPING!!!!
